These Terms and Conditions govern your use of rimba.casa and any purchase made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Rimba & Co. Sdn Bhd is registered in Malaysia (SSM 202316012345), 12 Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur 50450.
All Rimba pieces are made to order by our artisan partners. Lead times are stated on each product page and range from 1–6 weeks depending on the product. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the stated lead time. Express production may be available for select items — contact us before ordering.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via credit/debit card, FPX (Malaysian online banking) and GrabPay. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We are not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank.
We ship to 40+ countries worldwide. Free shipping applies to orders over RM 500 within Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Estimated delivery times are after dispatch and do not include production lead time.
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original condition. To initiate a return, email hello@rimba.casa with your order number. Custom-configured or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please photograph the packaging and item within 48 hours of receipt and email us. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Natural variation in grain, glaze and weave are characteristics of handcraft — not faults.
All content on rimba.casa — including product images, descriptions, designs and the Rimba brand — is the property of Rimba & Co. Sdn Bhd. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Rimba & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
